Attached is a recent medical article about biofilms that discusses acne treatments using ointments with either 5% benzoyl peroxide + 0.5% erythromycin, or 5% benzoyl peroxide + 1% clindamycin. These acne treatments are discussed on page 4.

I believe biofilms are the principal reason why acne or any type of dermatitis is so difficult to diagnose and treat.
