Current Routine:
Wash with just water in the morning. At night, wash with neutrogena gentle cleanser. follow up with coxrx aha and cosrx bha on alternating days. In the past, Ive tried differin and was on it for a year+ and although it made the appearance of them fainter, i felt as if they these bumps/marks were still there underneath the dry skin the differin caused.. Ive also tried nizoral masks with xylitol buffer thinking it might be fungal related or seb derm... NOTHING seems to work to smooth them out. looks a lot worse in certain lighting. It looks like CC's, but then sometimes when i take a look closer up, it just looks like weird texture. Can ANYONE help please..... ANY advice would be very helpful. Ive tried MANY derms before to no avail. and it was the most recent derm visit that put me on differin. i gave it a year+ and saw it didnt clear it.

Not sure if it shows, but i've posted before, with the SAME issues and Ive just stumbled upon the possibility it could be "demodex mites". Will be looking to find treatments for that next to see if that ends up healing. Does anyone know if thats what it looks like?

Not sure if its important but another thing id like to add is that i cant actually FEEL most of the texture on my forehead. It generally FEELS smooth, but when looking at it, it clearly doesnt LOOK smooth.

I can't see anything, but I trust you that you can feel something.

My first input would be to be ultra-gentle in that area. Keep treating it, but leave it as untouched as possible. No washcloths. Wash ultra-gently for 10 seconds or less, no hair products, no hair wraps, no hats. Basically leave that area completely alone and untouched. Physical irritation can cause some of what you're experiencing so that's something to try to get rid of for now.

Keep us posted.
