i've went to dermatologists, tried at least 20+ diff skincare washes, avoided dairy, did all things. It doesn't even look like traditional acne. Can anybody let me know what this is? I do smoke cigarettes occasionally and use ecigs but i doubt its related to that. this looks more like an allergy of some sort? idk... please help.

You most likely have FUNGAL acne, NOT ordinary acne.

Fungal acne is caused by taking antibiotics and some other meds.

Doctors know nothing about fungal acne.

You can control the "acne" by doing the following -

1. Buy clotrimazole topical antifungal cream and apply it to the areas with "acne" 2-3 times a day. Topical antifungal creams are TOTALLY safe and some/most (depending on country) are available without a prescription.

2. Wash your hair in an antidandruff shampoo.

3. Do NOT apply any moisturisers or organic oils to the areas with acne unless your skin becomes very dry. Moisturisers and organic oils feed one type of fungal acne and all fungus loves moisture.

If you get back to me with answers to the questions below, I can provide targeted information to control your "acne".

Have you taken antibiotics or other meds.

Do you have one or more of the following (as well as the acne) - white coating on your tongue, dandruff, flaking skin, toenail fungus, itchy and/or painful skin, red rash/es, unexplained tiredness, headaches, "brain fog", stomach or gut problems, sinus problems.

You may need a more targeted antifungal cream to control the "acne". I can provide information about this after I hear back from you.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

@Aussie Scientist

Firstly, THANK YOU for feedback.

Have you taken antibiotics or other meds. No - i am not on anything. i do however smoke cigarettes. No alcohol no dairy.

Do you have one or more of the following (as well as the acne) - white coating on your tongue, dandruff, flaking skin, toenail fungus, itchy and/or painful skin, red rash/es, unexplained tiredness, headaches, "brain fog", stomach or gut problems, sinus problems.

-i have really bad BM (stomach gut problems) its almost always loose

- itchy skin time to time on places not on my face but no marks or anything there

- skin on face does flake at times

- i do have toenail fungus on ONE toe which is the longest one (because i play a lot of basketball that toenails always been kind of rotten not sure if its fungus)

-i do have very litttle white flakes in my ear at times

THANKS AGAIN <3 looking forward to what you suggest!!!.

edit - may i also note - i feel NOTHINNG on my foreehead. even if i brush over those "bumps" , i dont feel a thing. if i dont look in the mirror, i basically wouldn't even know there is anything there if that gives more context.

O ALSO - my nose n between the eyebrows are filled with blackheads. mostly my nose. and the sides of my nose has small white heads - like really really tiny i need to be an inch away from the mirror for me to notice them wheree if i squeeze gently, white substance will come out to reappear again tomorrow.

Thanks jaygatsby

You almost certainly have a fungal skin problem, and you probably have "overgrowth" of candida fungus in your gut (which is causing the stomach problems).

Itchy skin, flaking skin, toenail fungus all indicate a skin fungal problem, along with the bumps.

Candida fungus causes stomach problems.

Fungal acne and fungal gut problems are usually (but not always) caused by taking antibiotics and some other meds (corticosteroids, steroids...). Have you taken antibiotics in the last two years ?

Doctors know nothing about fungal skin conditions or fungal gut conditions which is (most likely) causing your stomach/gut problems.

You can control/fix your stomach/gut problems by taking oral Nilstat, which is very safe. Let me know if you cannot get oral Nilstat and I can suggest other options to control the ((likely) overgrowth of candida fungus in your gut.

You can control the skin problem by doing the following -

1. Buy clotrimazole topical antifungal cream and apply it to the areas with the bumps plus any areas which are itchy or have flaking skin (including ears, clotrimazole cream or lotion is safe to use in ears, don't push it too far in) 2-3 times a day. Topical antifungal creams are TOTALLY safe.

2. Wash your hair in an antidandruff shampoo.

3. Do NOT apply any moisturisers or organic oils to the areas with the bumps unless your skin becomes very dry. Moisturisers and organic oils feed one type of skin fungus, and all fungus loves moisture.

You may need a more targeted antifungal cream to control the bumps. I can provide information about this after you have tried the above regime for a week or 10 days or so.

Put Vicks Vapour Rub on your toenail with toenail fungus - that should get rid of your toenail fungus - it will take a while to do so. Alternatively, you can soak your toes in 3% hydrogen peroxide or in mouthwash with thymol in it.

I look forward to hearing how you go... Which country are you in ?

Once again, thank you for the response and feedback!

No, i have not taken any anti-biotics in the past several years. If it gives any more context, this stuff on my forehead has been persistent for way more than the past 2 years! it's been something i've always had to try to maintain and it has never been comp. absent. There were good days n bad.

Regarding Nilstat- seems like something I must be prescribed to which i suppose i can try asking my doctor to. In the case i don't have that option, what are some alternatives? (I'm in between North Carolina, USA and NY, USA) Any OTC options?

i literallyjust went out and bought the clotrimazole topical antifungal cream, hydrogen peroxide, and anti dandruff shampoo to get started right away!

Few questions -

1. should i still continue to keep dairy out of my diet? Must i do the same for bread?
2. Is it possible the nose is affected by the fungus as well if i have a bbunch of blackheads on it and white stuff forming on the sides? Should i apply it there too?

3.does the foot toenail have correlation to my forehead bumps?

THANK U!!!!

Yes, your toenail fungus is most likely related to the bumps on your forehead and you gut problems. Candida fungus causes all three of these symptoms.

Yes, do apply the clotrimazole cream to your nose.

Do NOT eat any products with gluten in them. I realised last night that gluten intolerance could be (part of or the) cause of your gut problems. Doctors don't know about gluten intolerance. Gluten intolerance is different from coeliac (which is an allergy).

Gluten is an indigestible molecule and most people cannot digest it very well, if at all. The undigested gluten causes causes runny tummy etc. (and it can cause skin problems) because one's body "sees" the undigested gluten molecules as a "foreign invader". So, do NOT eat any products with wheat flour or other wheat products. Also, do not eat any barley or rye products, as these also have gluten in them.

Also, do not eat dairy products as these can make skin problems worse, and lactose in dairy products cause gut problems for lots of people (for a similar reason as gluten does). You can buy dairy products without lactose, but I would avoid dairy products - they contain female hormones amongst other things.

If you cannot get oral Nilstat without a prescription, then you can buy some Dequaden lozenges and see if they help with your stomach problems. Dequaden lozenges are sold to treat mouth ulcers and they are antifungal.

You might find that your "runny tummy" goes away if you stop eating products with gluten in them.

Do you have a white coating on your tongue ?

I look forward to hearing how things go...

The bumps might be caused by dermodex mites together with the fungus. If the treatments above do not start to fix the problem in a week or so, I can advise you on how to get rid of dermodex mites. Dermodex mites often occur together with other infections.

Do the bumps come and go ?
