Hi
i have been experiencing extreme dryness and flakey skin due to my face wash, panoxyl. I have to use extra moisturizer and even petroleum jelly to limit flakes and dryness. Does anyone have a suggestion to fix my dry skin or a recommendation for another face wash to use to help dry acne prone skin.

I've been using Cetaphil oily skin cleanser and my skin is super dry and red all over my face - I've heard that QV gentle face cleanser is really hydrating so I'd recommend you stop using panoxyl and move onto something that won't mess with your skin's PH levels and oil levels. Maybe make the switch to something similar as well?
Stop using any acne treatment, give a break to your skin till it becomes normal
Use acne treatment every other day
Switch to non acidic face cleanser and use it only once a day at night
also keep your skin products away from restroom, they become more harsh in warm temperature
