Safety of PEG-80

I have been using the acne.org regimen for six months successfully. Now I am wondering about maintenance of the program and the potential long-term dangers of the ingredients in the regimen (cleanser, BP, moisturizer, occasional Glycolic Acid) . I have seen online that some question the safety of PEG-80 Sorbitan Laurate used in the cleanser and I suppose that if I went through the entire ingredients list there may be other ingredients for which some (individuals not necessarily in a position to know) may advocate switching to all-natural or higher end products which do not include the (allegedly) offending ingredients. Dr Dubrow's Acne Cure maintenance program calls for the use of antioxidants with vitamin C ester, tocotrienol and alpha lipoic acid. Can anyone weigh in on the long-term safety of acne.org's regimen's ingredients and the value of adding the antioxidants to the mix? Would you recommend reducing the use of BP? Dr Dubrow also recommends using a non-oily spf 15 moisturizer each day. This raises questions about safety of the chemicals in most sun screens (avobenzone, octisalone, octocrylene, oxybenzone). Any suggestions re: safe, oil-fee SPF 15 moisturizer for daily use?
