Organic Aloe Barbadensis leaf juice (79.96%), stearic acid, glycerin, betaine (natural), cocoglycerides, octyldodecanol, cetearyl alcohol, cera alba (beeswax), cetyl palmitate, organic butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, cetyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, PEG-75 stearat, ceteth-20, steareth-20, acrylates C10-30 Alkyl Acrylates crosspolymer, sodium hydroxide, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin

These are the ingredients in 'a passion for natural's aloe Vera lotion.. I was wondering if there's anything there that could clog pores.. I've been using their aloe Vera gel for a while now which has really helped to stop breakouts but it just isn't hydrating enough for me (my skin is REALLY flaky!) so thought I'd give the lotion a try?

Putting a lotion on your face, which is a breakout zone, is probably pretty risky. Especially since it isn't water-based, and it's fifth ingredient is a coconut derivative which can clog pores in sensitive types. Cetearyl/cetyl alcohol are also fatty acids taken from coconuts and can clog pores. If Cerave or Cetaphil ever broke you out, avoid this ingredient like the plague. Finally, the shea butter is also a concern, as it's pretty thick and has a medium comedogenic rating. I have no idea about beeswax, but anything sticky and waxy can't possibly be good for clogged pores.

Overall it looks like a bad choice in terms of pore clogging potential, I'd skip it!
