Hello ! I really need some advice, I have used Zineryt and some pharmaceutical mixes recommanded by my dermatologyst but now I feel like they are not doing anything for my skin.I am currently abroad and I need some over the counter medication until I see my dermatologyst(2-3months) . Any recommandations, please ?
A lot of the redness you have is post inflammatory erythema, whigh is the redness after a pimple. That could take several weeks to months to heal, fade, and go away. Moisturize and be gentle with your skin so they heal well and don't leave indented scars.
For your active acne I recommend trying a benzoyl peroxide 2.5% cleanser and a benzoyl peroxide 2.5% cream to apply afterwards before bed. This might dry your skin out at first so remember to moisturize.
