Hi I was wondering what you're supposed to take with vitamin d3 or if you can just take it alone?.. I heard you need magnesium and k2 but I'm not sure ? If so how much are you supposed to take? And also I bought a vitamin d3 supplement that is cold pressed with organic coconut oil for better absorption ... is that fine??
I have always heard you definitely need to take the "d3" version of vitamin d. Also when I took vitamin d3 it seemed to make my skin feel a little odd, like little raised pores or something on my forehead. But i have heard it works great for others. Now i just sit in the sun 20-30 min a day to get my vitamin d.
