So, Cerave or Cetaphil cream is a must if you are on accutane or having serious dry skin from the regimen or retinoids, but it is super unsanitary and gross to use because it comes in an old-fashioned cold cream tub and you have to stick your fingers in it every time.

BUT YOU CAN BUY A PUMP THAT WILL SCREW RIGHT ON THE LID! On amazon, there are a few options. Just search cerave cream pump. I just got one and it is bomb.
