So today I got my container of Aztec healing clay and I wanted to give this a try because I have read good reviews about it. Im going to be using the Apple cider vinegar method because I heard it's better than regular water. What I wanted to know is how often should I use the clay? Is this good for acne? Any other information you have on this product would be helpful. Has it cleared up acne for any of you? I have pics of my acne in other post so if you would like to see what I'm dealing with. Like I said any information about the product or any stories you guys have would be great :D

I love this stuff so much. I don't know if I'd want to mix it with vinegar because it is really powerful all on it's own, but I know a lot of people do. I originally bought it because I had this weird rash on my arms so I would pour like a 2/3 a cup into the bath and soak in it. It is amazing. Now I use it as a spot treatment before I go to bed. I make the paste watery if it's going to be on that long though. It's good stuff.

That's great! I used it last night with the vinegar and it didn't burn my skin or anything but it sucked the black heads right off my nose. I have acne so I'm gonna keep using this stuff and see what happens. How often did you use it? Should I apply it every day? It also dried my skin a little but nothing a little lotion couldn't fix.

not everyday it can be too overdrying for your skin and cause redness/irritation to your acne

maybe once or twice a week ?

That's awesome it worked! Now I'm going to have to try it with vinegar. When I used it as a full mask I probably only did it once a week. When I use it as a spot treatment overnight I make it so watery you can`t even really see it when it dries and I do that all the time.
