Where do you get the clay from? How much of each do you mix together?

i bought aztec bentonite clay from amazon and sea salt from target

you dont need alot to cover the face so i put 1 spoon of water , half spoon of clay and 1/3 spoon of sea salt and mix

make sure you use a plastic spoon and a glass container to mix or it wont work as good

do it everyday forever if you want should see good results in atleast a week though

also helps with speeding up healing

leave mask on for 10 - 15min then wash off and whatever regimen youre doing with moisturizer because its gonna dry out your skin
