Hey guys! This is kind of lengthy, but I would appreciate it if you could help me out! I am currently on week 11 of the regimen, and things are going really good! I have cleared about 99%! I am still getting about 1 small pimple every other day, and to be honest, if I could get rid of all the scarring that is leftover, I could deal with that, but I do hope and pray that I can get completely clear and just have to deal with occasional pimple here and there! Anyway, I am rambling... The moisturizer I currently use is the Simple Replenishing Moisturizer (I follow the regimen, but I have seen better results with using drugstore products, Cerave cleanser and Neutrogena BP Alpha Hydrox AHA) anyway, I do like this moisturizer, I am probably on my 6th or 7th bottle. It does have Lactic Acid in it tho, and I know that is one of the ingredients you should avoid when using the AHA. It does tend to burn when I put it on, but not everytime, and my face can be a little red after I apply it in the morning. Before I started breaking out, and really didn't know anything about skincare, nearly every product I used had fragrance in it, not because I preferred it, but I just didn't know any better. Even after I started struggling with acne, I still used a lot of the same products I had used before. One product that I used to use was the Aveeno Ultra Calming moisturizer. I never noticed it causing me to breakout any worse, and I remember going through several bottles of it before I moved on to something else. My face has seemed to become much more sensitive over the years tho. I was thinking of trying it again, because I would love to be able to reduce some of the redness of my scars for when I don't wear makeup, and because it has spf in it, which I know helps the red marks to heal faster. I notice though that it has fragrance. Although it is pretty far down on the ingredient list, it does concern me... I have looked at reviews, and it is the same ol same ol, some love it, some hate it. I guess I was just looking for some advice from some fellow acne sufferers!

Thanks!

I was also wondering... if I mixed the two, say a dime size of the Simple Replenishing, and a dime size of the Aveeno, I wonder if maybe the fragrance would be dilluted in the aveeno, and the lactic acid dilluted in the Simple? Or is that not possible... I have a feeling this might be a dumb question...
