Hello,
Taking a shot to see if this sounds familiar to anyone. I currently am just using Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser to wash my face, no moisturizer. I have oily skin and late in the afternoon on my forehead around my eyebrows (usually the oiliest part of my forehead) I get little flakes of stuff almost like dead skin but its not dead skin cause I can pick it right off and when I rub it between my fingers its like a really fine sand (gritty texture). Does anyone think an ingredient in the cleanser could be leaving behind a residue like this, maybe the Sodium Lauryl Sulphate? It's very strange and I am going to try another cleanser just to see if I get the same thing but just checking to see if anyone has any thoughts.
Thanks!
