A facial cleanser will not clear acne. Your best bet is a gentle cleanser with a medication applied afterwards. I always recommend organic black soap as a cleanser. There are no chemicals. It naturally exfoliates the skin and it's hard to beat the value.

I love Fresh Farmacy. I use Purity from Philosophy and then Fresh Farmacy, since Purity really cleanses, while Farmacy soothes.

Use any dry soap and if you want any medication I think avoid chemicals and use any natural product.
