My gynocologyist recently prescribed me birth control. I asked her for one with few side effects and would help with acne as well. I thought she was going to prescribe ortho tricyclen but the pharmacy gave me this birth control pill called Kurvelo which is generic Nordette. I can't find very much info about his birth control pill at all expecially regarding it as a treatment for acne. The hormones in this pill is levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol. Has anyone used this one before. What was your experience on its effect on acne.

Anything that regulates the hormones should help.I have used Nordette and a few other birth control pills before.They all seemed to help clear my skin.I had to go off of them because of migraines.Hope it works for you 
One thing i did have with all the different birth control pills was weight gain.Hope you won't have that issue.
