Hello everyone:) This past summer I have used Nutrogena which has worked wonders for me. But I had it for three months and it was time to switch. So I bought the Clean and Clear advanced treatment, it is AMAZING! But, it dries out my skin really bad. I cut back on the amount and use of the product but I want to continue using it. I just need a good deep moisturizer that won't break me out. I wanted to know what you all would suggest? I live in a small town, we have walmart, walgreens, Fredmyers/Kroger...no target and I am leaving tomorrow so thanks for any advice and help!rolleyes.gif

Hi Tsbbgirl23!

A few good moisturizers are the Cerave moisturizing lotion, or the Neutrogena daily moisturizer with sunscreen. My skin can be a little sensitive to some sunscreens, so if your skin is fine with sunscreen, it's an added bonus to the moisture. And if your stores don't have these moisturizers, just make sure to read the lables, before you buy. Try and buy the moisturizer with the least amount ingredients, go for as natural as possible and check to make sure they don't contain anything you could be allergic to.

A homemade facial mask that I use (especially in the winter months) is an olive oil and egg yolk mask. I put the egg yolk (no white) into a bowl and pour a little bit of pure extra virgin olive oil in and mix the two up. The olive oil is very moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft, not oily. And the egg yolk has lots of vitamins and softens the skin as well as clearing up acne.

Hope I helped! (:
