Hello, i seem to have open wounds that often ooze clear liquids after i wash my face. eventually, it would form a orange-yellowish crust. what is this? is it an infection? also, i just started using triple anti biotic ointment today on the affected area. is this a good idea? would it heal the open sores/wounds? Thank you
So from what it sounds like it probably is an infection if it's yellow, but I am definitely not a doctor 
I always put triple antibiotic ointment on any opens wounds even on my face and it really helps not only clear it up and reduce scarring, but it also helps to keep it from getting too dry and uncomfortable. I would apply that ointment on there at least before bed and always put a little Band aid on it to get the most effective treatment. Good luck with everything!
