I've never seen or heard of cetaphil in a tube. Maybe you mean the spf vs cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion?

Late last year, I was looking for a good sunscreen for my outdoor water activity, decided to try Cetaphil mositurizer spf15, it was a bad idea, after more than a week into using the product, I broke out all over my face, chin, neck and its not just normal pimples, cystic.... ;( It's really terrible and I'm still recovering until now, switch to PC products and it helped a lot in drying up the breakouts. I personally can't understand why I broke out on it since I've been using the regular cetaphil moisturizer years before.
