Any one have any experience with the cotton rounds with microbeads (labeled as exfoliator with microbeads on one side of the cotton round) sold at Taret, walmart, etc for removing flaky skin? Just curious if it might be too harsh to gently use in order to rub off dead flaky skin after a shower
