I've been using the Proactiv BP Cleanser for a while but I feel like its damaging my skin because it has scrubbing beads..

What can I replace it with that won't cause me to break out?

I haven't had any pimples for about 2 months now :)

Dan talks about that scrubby cleanser here: http://www.acne.org/faq.html#proactiv

Are you wanting to stick with a bp type cleanser, or something unmedicated?

I honestly have no idea what to do next.

Are you supposed to stop afterwards? Still no pimples but I dont know if its because im still using the BP cleanser or not.

I have been using this Osmosis cleanser for about a year with great results. All natural now. Stopped proactiv because I was afraid long term use of BP would give me wrinkles.

I started getting it from a spa where I get facials but it's cheaper on amazon

Well, if you want to stick with bp but not with the scrubby Proactiv cleanser, you could just use a gentle cleanser and a leave-on bp product (consider Dan's regimen).

However if you want a bp cleanser that isn't scrubby, there are some out there. You'll just have to look next time you are at the drugstore (Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc).

Try Face Wash Acne-Treatment, Sensitive by Oxy - $5.59/6 fl. oz.
