Hi guys! im new here and just had a quick question about Krill Oil.

I am taking fish oil every night to help clear up my skin. The pill is very big and is getting difficult to swallow :(

The krill oil pills are very small. Do they work just as well or better?

Im out of the fish oil, so i am going to the vitamin store today. Krill oil or fish oil?

Thanks!! :)

Dr. Mercola highly recommends Krill oil. I once read his article on his website and he think it is the best oil. I am not taking any fish oil cause I found that any oil (even healthy oil) breaks me out!! Does fish oil help clear your skin?

Krill oil contains fatty acids similar to fish oil. These fats are decreases swelling, lowers cholesterol, and make blood platelets less sticky. When blood platelets are less sticky they are less likely to form clots. There are numerous reasons to include Krill Oil in your diet namely It helps to keep heart healthy, It helps in improving skin texture, reduces wrinkles and fine lines above all it is the best source of Omega-3 Fatty acids that is crucial in fighting infections and inflammation-related diseases.

Used Krill Doctor professional Brand Krill Oil, No smell or bad taste. Has been taking one capsule at bedtime. Cholesteral dropped 1.6 points in three months. Thanks to Krill Doctor Professional.

I started taking Krill Oil 3 or 4 weeks ago and broke out terribly. I'm currently on Minolycline to help get rid of the acne, but the addition of Krill (only significant change to my diet/health lately) cause HUGE and plentiful cystic zits. Does anyone truly believe in the "it gets worse before it gets better" saying?

I had similar breakouts from high quality Cod Liver Oil.

I was thinking of trying Krill oil but am beginning to think it's best to get omega 3s from chia seeds.

I think Brian Peskin and Ray Peat may be on to something with the marine based omega 3s.
