Hey guys. I've been working hard on lots of new info for Acne.org and also a new shopping cart for Acne.org products (now called DanielKern.org).

because of the bad oils and stuff that's used when frying food?
because I usually fry my meats, fish, ground beef, steaks etc in a cast iron skillet without adding any oils or butter at all and rely on the fat that's released from the meats
so I'm wondering if it's not due to bad oils being used when frying has it to do with it being cooked at a really high heat and creating that sear on the surface of the meats?
