I ordered cleansers from acne.org and has never received, the packaged lost but it marked as delivered.
So, I emailacne.org but the response was 'Unfortunately there isn't anything much we could do. Once a package has been marked as delivered it is already the responsibility of the customer to find the package. We mention this in our 'privacy policy'??
As a warning think twice to order from this website. They don't seem to take responsibility on anything.

We have reviewed your email and as we have mentioned, have coordinated with FedEx with regards to your shipment however, they have verified that the package was successfully delivered to your address. Have you tried asking your neighbors if they are in possession of your package?
