Loyal Customer Feeling Let Down

Ive been a loyal Acne.org customer for years and have always trusted their products to keep my skin clear and balanced. But lately, I feel completely let down.

First, they changed their moisturizer formula, forcing me to switch to Vanicream after years of using their original one. Now, Ive had to deal with back-to-back damaged cleanser ordersboth arriving with the pump popped off and leaking because theyre being shipped in nothing but a bag with no protective packaging.

I received refunds, which I appreciate, but that doesnt solve my actual problemI still dont have the cleanser Ive relied on for seven years. Im left scrambling to change up a routine that worked perfectly for me, all because of careless packaging and what feels like a lack of concern for loyal customers.

Im not asking for free products. Im asking for reliable ones, packaged properly, so I can actually receive what I pay for. Lately, it feels like corners are being cut and customer loyalty doesnt matter. After so many years of trust, this is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Johnson's head to toe baby wash is a good alternative to the cleanser and is cheap and readily available.

Sorry about that! That's frustrating. Let me talk personally to the packing guys and see what is going on with that. Thanks for the heads up.
