I just found this brand online after my skin started getting bad again and nothing seems to help, i was thinking this might be the solution but based on the recent posts about shipping and customer service im scared to order. I was wondering if anyone from australia has been having bad experiences with shipping and custormer service or even the product itself cause the video i watched was from 4 years ago and apparently the formulas changed or something i dont really know.
