Unable+to+place+order+in+Store

Hey all,

Initially, using the custom kit builder page, I was unable to add items to my cart; clicking the add to cart button did nothing. I was able to bypass this by going to each individual item's page and adding to cart individually. However, on the check out screen, after filling in my payment info and clicking Place Order, the loading circle remained on screen for an extended period of time and I was then giving a message saying there was an issue with my internet connection and my order may not have gone through.

I confirmed that my order did not go through, then retried the whole process...same result. I figured it must be a browser issue, so I tried again in Internet Explorer but ran into the same problems. I further tried disabling my Adblock, deleting cookies and browser history, and repeating the process. No luck.

Has anyone ran into similar troubles, or if not, does anyone have suggestions on what might be the problem on my end?

EDIT: customer service did work with me to get an order placed, and were very accommodating.

Hey @notcrazy& @my5guys. Not really sure whats happening, but I'll go ahead and bring this to the attention of the mods in the moderator section. Seems like others are having problems with it too, hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
