I just purchased my own custom subscription kitand when I got my confirmation emailthe prices listed in my total were the non-subscription prices. I emailed support and the responder told me that the correct prices will reflect on my credit card statement. Is that correct? Also, why aren't the subscription prices (the correct prices that should be on my invoice) listed on the confirmation email? Isn't that what should be on the confirmation email if you purchased it?

Thanks for bringing this up. We don't currently discount custom kits so that's the confusion here.
However, you make a good point. We should discount custom kits. I'll work with my guys to implement a similar discount on custom kits that we give for regular kits.
