Arrival of product in mail

Hello, I received a product, but I believe it to have been shipped poorly and would like a replacement/refund. I have tried contacting through the support system on this website and have called the number. I would also like to include pictures of how the product arrived as evidence. Where would I be able to find help as soon as possible? Thank you

On rare occasions this happens with packages. We pack things well but once they're out for delivery we of course have no control over how they are handled.You're in contact with the right people. Support will help you out. They get back to everyone within 24 hours.
