I bought the Acne.org regime in Nov 2015 after seeing the successes of several individuals on YouTube. As many other, I have seen a huge difference in my skin and am really happy with the results however, with the amount I had to fork out I didn't expect anything less!

I paid $44.87 for the actual product itself and then the website attempts to charge a minimum of $21.38 for shipping to the UK! On top of that... When the products arrived in the UK, I'm faced with a letter - not the products! A charge of 17 because the regime has a value of more than 15... That's $90.91!!! Almost double the price of the actual product!

I will ill never understand why companies choose to access larger markets such as the UK without making it accessible to consumers!

Not Happy at all!

Hun you can get the Benzoyl Peroxide on the NHS - go to your doc and get a prescription for it. Then go buy the Cetaphil cleanser and moisturiser from Boots (there's plenty of reviews on here about why Cetaphil is so good in case you're worried!).  This is how I cleared my skin - they are basically the same products. The Acne.org regime is great but the above options are a great UK substitute. :) Good luck! -- here are my results

I second carlospark, any Benzoyl Perioxide product will do, I believe you can now get them without a perscription over the counter, either Panoxyl or Acnecide, both work well for inflamatory acne, no postage costs and extra charges, I think I got mine a while back for 8 quid.

If price/shipping is an issue my advice would be to just buy the BP in bulk. Get 3 or 4 huge bottles of BP and get drugstore cleanser and moisturizer. 3-4 bottles should last you the whole year already.

I feel you. It costs $32 minimum to ship to Canada and we're even closer than the UK . How does that make sense? If I'm not mistaken I saw "free shipping on orders above X amount of dollars" (for the US of course). They should cover part of the shipping fee on the same orders outside of the US up to the same amount the most expensive US shipping would cost, even that would help a lot. I purchased one kit to try it. (largest kit, if you're going to try something, stay committed long enough for proper results). I know I can buy everything elsewhere but why start changing brands when you know this cleanser, bp and moisturizer work well together, I think that's just asking for trouble. Being said, I'm thinking of buying in bulk like nic said and pay one shipping fee only.

I guess companies selling across borders don't always know what the customs duty and tax implications are in the receiving company. Looks like you should have been liable for VAT but not any customs duty on that purchase ( https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-duty) . There is a process to query the charges applied to you and it might be worth checking if you were charged some fees beyond a 20% VAT.
