Hello,

Ive been using the regimen for years and lately is not longer working for me. Im getting huge pimples like if I was not using the regimen and I dont know if its because of the formula has change or my skin is not longer reacting to the creams any help ?

Its actually pretty common for skin to change over time, even with products that worked well before. A few things that might be worth looking into: sometimes breakouts can be triggered by other factors like diet, stress, hormones, or even changes in weather or routine. Its also possible your skin has developed some tolerance, or that it now needs a bit of adjustment, like tweaking how much product youre using, making sure youre moisturizing enough, or checking if anything else in your routine could be interfering. Another step that can help is making sure your products arent expired or oxidized, since that can affect how well they work. If nothing seems to improve, you might want to check in with a dermatologist so they can help figure out if its the regimen itself or something else going on with your skin.

Sometimes skin just changes it may not be the formula. Check for expired products, other triggers (diet, stress, hormones), or buildup in your routine. If it keeps up, a dermatologist can help adjust things.

From the thousands of people I've spoken to over the years, I'd say it's usually one of these things:

  • Physical irritation: Like someone starts playing a sports that requires a face mask, or someone gets a boyfriend with a prickly beard, or some other thing that causes the skin to be touched and irritated frequently.
  • Sunscreen: Often in the summer someone will experience acne again and it's from a sunscreen. Sunscreens are notoriously comedogenic in a lot of cases - so adding in a sunscreen can be tricky to say the least.
  • Veering off The Regimen: People will often drift over time and not be as gentle with application, or not use enough BP, etc. Make sure you get on The Regimen strictly.
  • Hormonal issue: For females - something such as PCOS. And for males - something such as TRT
