Acne on Back - did anyone ever use BPO as a wash-off product?

Acne on Back.
Bleaching is a big problem for me. Actually that's why i stopped BPO.
Now idea:
Did anyone ever try to use BPO only while under the shower, basically rinse it off later?

I bought a 5% BPO wash-off product: just put on in shower, then leave it for 1-5minutes (i leave it on for 10min, while my anti-hairloss shampoo works), then wash it off again. But it's a very small package. Was thinking about buying Regimen BPO.
On the other hand it seems leave-on products are differently designed than wash-off products.
But i guess Regimen BPO i could just try, if it doesn't irritate me too much than i am a happy camper

Any thoughts welcome

You could always try putting it on in the shower and not washing it off right away, but you're right that it might not be quite the same. It's a gel and I think it would slip off quickly if you put it on wet skin.

However, you could always put it on your dry skin before getting into the shower, then hang out at your sink and brush your teeth and stuff, and then 5 minutes later hop in the shower and wash it off.

I'd be curious how this works if you do it. I haven't gotten much feedback on this kind of thing over the years.
