It varies batch to batch, and also the older it gets the more watery it gets. It's good for 2 years but then can start to get extra watery. Check your expiration. If it's not expired, it's fine.

The last 2 orders I had have been super water right away. This never use to happen before. I dont know if its the new formula but I also find since the new formula its not as effective at maintaining clear skin.

The new formula may feel a bit lower viscosity. But it should work better. That's my concern about your comment. It should work better, not worse. Make sure you're following The Regimen precisely. It should work very well.
