Ok so i am just now on my second week of the regimen. I feel dryness on my skin and flakiness in some areas like my jawline and stuff. And since i wear make up it doesnt look very good on make up lol would the dryness and flakiness go away eventually? If so what week? I have mild-moderate acne. Are there any other things you can use to get rid of dryness and flakiness so i can put make up without looking like it is flaked or do i have to be patient and wait until the treatment isused to my face?
I don't have any experience with make up though I'm sure someone does here. I do know that you can alleviate some of that dryness by using Jojoba oil with your moisturizer. I'd make sure you apply 4-5 drops of that oil with your moisturizer, let it dry, and then apply makeup. See if it makes a difference. I highly doubt your skin will still show excessive dryness with a minimal amount of oil and overtime the BP won't be nearly as abrasive or cause as much drying.

Thank you
Anyone else with more replies for me? Specifically anyone w experience of make up while on tbe regimen? Honestly that would be nice since id like to hear several perspectives
Hey, I'm just starting the second week of the regimen too so our skin should be around the same stage! I have used BP before though so I don't really experience any redness/burning at all. My skin is pretty dry and flaky though, it goes away after I moisturize but then reappears as soon as it's absorbed -.- I just ordered some jojoba oil so we'll see if that helps!
As far as for makeup, I find that using liquid foundation and applying it with a damp beauty blender works the best. Powders seem to accentuate the flakes more (at least for me) so I've been using liquid! Also using a damp beauty blender really helps since it's less irritating than rubbing the makeup into your skin. I just gently tap my face with the beauty blender to blend it all in & it helps to hide the dryness.
I find it's also helpful to apply one pump of moisturizer, let it absorb, then apply the second pump, and when it's almost absorbed but still a little wet, apply your foundation/concealer/whatever you use.
