I would just rinse your face with water in the shower after your workout and not use more cleanser. Using cleanser more than twice a day would be too drying/irritating. But this is a very common question and many Regimen users manage to fit their skin care around sports or their workout schedule and be successful. But do shoot for leaving the treatment on at least 6 hours before rinsing off after your workout, this will still give you lots of protection. Then just do your evening/bedtime Regimen as usual.
