I am SO UPSET. I tried the regime religiously for 5 almost 6 months. With not even a little bit of progress. I finally gave up about two weeks ago, and now my skin is worse then its been my entire life. I am 27 and I never had even one pimple in my teen years. I attribute it mainly to chronic stress. But I have been off work for the last week and i refuse to go in, its traumatizing. My face used to be so clear. I have pumps all over my forehead along with cystic acne. I need another treatment option that is not accutane. Please can someone recommend something?

I totally feel for you as I used to have the same issues! I have finally figured out how to cure it. The most important thing is treating your acne from within.
