I have been using Acne.org Regimen for 6 months now, my question is should I stop for a while, e.g. 1 month and I can continue to use it back. My friend told me that its no good using this products for over 6 months in a row. Is that true? or should I stop for one month?

If you stop you might break out everything is bad but thats the prive you have to pay for clear skin. Look at Dan hes been using this for his entire life still looks youbg and fresh.
What im trying to say is that anything used to treat acne has its downfalls but hey atleast having clear skin is worth it. Benzoyl peroxide is at a low dose and it wont cause any internal issues so its fine.
