hi, i just started the acne regime. while waiting for the products from acne.org, i used a 3.5% bp, and left it on my face for a few days for 12 hours each day. that apparently really agitated by skin and made it really red. now even when i wake up my, my entire skin is red. what can i do to speed up recovery? imdefinitely avoiding bp right now. should i still wash with water twice a day? ive been putting moisturizer. its like i have a massive sunburn all over my face. its been like his since yesterday. will it go away in a few days? should i use aloe vera?

thanks

It will go away in a few days, just make sure you use a non-comedogenic frequently.

Just make sure you build up very gradually, I know it's difficult because we all want instant results but have faith in the process otherwise you will be battling redness many months into the regimen.
