Consider that your skin will look like shit for the first and possibly second month of the regimen....
If you've already done the work it might not be worth it to switch, but then again the regimen seems to be taking longer for me than it does for other people.
Shower Tips
Wash hair first , wash face second , wash body third
Face Washing
Rinse face in warm water for 30 seconds
Get 2 pumps of cetaphil cleanser , massage face for 10 seconds , rinse face under shower without touching face , when the soap is gone wash the body. At night use a 0.2% Benzoyl Peroxide on the face in the morning wash your face in the morning no benzoyl peroxide.
Habits
Don't touch your face , pick or prod
Stay away from milk , drink at least 4 bottles of water. Exercise 3 days a week.
