hey everyone,
been on the regimen for three years. it cleared me up completely with the occasional zit every 6 months or even nothing for years on end. However, this week suddenly 3 big cystic zits appeared out of nowhere. It's scaring me because it's something I havent had to think or deal with in such a long time, heck, I even thought that my skin was immune to these things. It's so weird and bothering because i haven't changed my routine in 3 years and this happens.
Has anyone had similar experiences? What steps should I take next to treat this?
It happens once in a while. A few months ago I got 4-5 random spots out of nowhere and I was so annoyed.
If you didn't change anything in the regimen then maybe you can reevaluate your diet, the climate, places you have been going, etc. For me I chalked it down to the change in seasons but I was travelling so I was on very drying airplane air.
