So my Acne.org regimen just arrived today and for a sunscreen I have this: http://www.amazon.com/Neutrogena-Clear-Sunscreen-Lotion-Ounce/dp/B004D2826K
It is the same sunscreen that Dan recommends but it is SPF 55. Should I just go for the SPF 30? Would the SPF 55 hurt me in anyway? I'm not in the sun for long periods of time.

The higher the SPF the better for your skin in the long run. However, it really depends on how your skin reacts to the ingredients of the sunscreen. My skin has never gotten along with SPF because of how greasy it feels if I apply it every single day. I stick to using it when I know I will be out in the sun for some time.

Hi AcneSnake,

You may find some more useful information about sunscreens and acne on this page http://www.acne.org/spf-sunscreen.html

The higher the SPF, the better. Make sure that you do a patch test on your skin before using any other skin products.
