I am going to be starting the regimen soon and I am currently using products that contain benzoyl peroxide. For starting the regimen it says to use benzoyl peroxide only once a day for the first week but I wanted to know if I could start using it twice a day right away since my skin is already used to the benzoyl peroxide. I wanted to know if that would be okay, please let me know!

When I started the regimen I used it twice a day at the full amount and at 5%. It wasn't a good idea because my skin did feel sort of uncomfortable. It really depends how sensitive your skin is.
