Hey guys I've been using the Regamine for 7 weeks now and I've seen no results. One day my face gets clear then the next day I get acne everywhere. So this happens to me my forehead and chin get acne then cheeks are clear. After cheeks get acne and fore head and chin is clear. I want to get rid of my acne really bad but it's not working . Help me please and giv dome tips .
With The Regimen you will have many ups and downs. Some days you do not get any spots and other days you do. Keep at it and give it more time to work. I went through the same thing and it was the best thing I did for my skin. You already spend time, effort and money on it, so might as well see it through.
Go to the top tab, The Regimen, then go to Help.
That should answer your questions. I had some and I went there. Or go to Instructions. It says you see results in 2-4 months, but I've read some that said they got clear at about 6 months.
Are you using enough benzoyl peroxide?
if your only using one finger thats why. you have to follow the video precisely. and i mean precisely. by now, you should be using 2 full pumps of bp 2x a day. but i dont reccomend this right away since you've been using such a small amount. increase the dosage by the day for the next 2 weeks until you get there.
i am struggling too, as i am on week 5.5 and still have minor breakouts. i've read that some people clear up instantly, while most people takes 3-4 months (and this is if your following the regime EXACTLY).
one thing i did is rewatched the video every single morning as i did the regime. now i do it exactly as instructed by memory.

It says work up to a full fingers length (if you use a tube, not the dispenser). That's on the front of the Regimen page.
