Hello this is my first post here, I have decided to track my progress with the regimen.. I'll get straight to the point.

I have been using the acne.org regimen for about 2 weeks now, following it's exact steps just like how it is written on the instruction paper. I can say, overall I do believe my skin looks better and is adjusting to the product. When I started I had a bad breakout of big pimples with no heads that, oddly turned into whiteheads and back into pimples with no heads all within the first week of the regimen. But now, they have gone down about 90%. Not completely gone, but barely there. I have broken out with the regimen twice on my lips for some reason. Like the corner/side of my lips i have broken out, first on my right and then on my left.. They went away too. My skin is super dry and flaky. The big downfall of this... The moisturizer doesn't seem to work well, so I am thinking about using my own moisturizer but have not decided yet.. Keep in mind I also added and changed a few things to my daily habits as well, let me explain... Along with the regimen I am taking a multi vitamin everyday to ensure I get my proper vitamins and nutrients and I am also taking an ibuprofen every day because ibuprofen has anti-inflammatory benfits(only taking 200 mg a day because it can mess up your stomach)... As soon as I wake up before I eat breakfast I drink a glass of water with freshly squeezed lemon(half a lemon each time), reason being studys have shown lemons help with acne and acne scars. Also, my eating habits are getting better too. I am eating chicken, spinach, and eggs daily.. I wouldn't say my eating plan is one of those strict acne eating plans because it is not, I am still eating junk food but I am keeping it to a minimum and I have added foods to my daily meal plan that are good for your skin. So, overall 2 weeks into the regimen I am satisfied. I am not clear, my acne is still there as well as my scars but I do see progress. I will make another post after a month into the regimen...

Everything you described is very typical so you're right on schedule. Give the Regimen a good 3-5 months to see if it's working, it can often take that long for users to see results, but sounds like you're seeing progress already, so that's great! The flaking does get better and usually goes away for the majority of people, and incorporating jojoba oil into your regimen can really help with this.

Best of luck! If you run into problems or have questions in the meantime, don't hesitate to post! :)

Thank you. I tried jojobs oil my first week and it made me break out(it could have been the regimen causing the initial breakout) but im scared of using jojabi oil... I did not do the regimen last night or this morning due to having a girl over.. and I broke up with 5 little whiteheads. So a note to everyone, take no breaks!!! Use every morning and night lol

I noticed that if i use half the acne.org moisturizer and half cereva it works better for the dry skin

It's pretty thick, and takes a good amount of rubbing to sink into the skin.. When did you start AHA?

I've been gentle as possible when I apply it, but it is not that easy to apply

I started AHA as soon as my skin was accustomed to BP.

AHA+ is great for sloughing off dead skin, which helps speed up PIH fading. It basically gives you a mild chemical peel. You'll need to wait another couple of weeks or whenever your skin has fully adjusted to the BP treatment (takes most people about 4 weeks) to incorporate AHA+ but it can be a real boon to your Regimen! :)

Will do! I'll wait 2-3 more weeks, but I do have red spots that I really want to get rid of

For some people red marks take a long time to fade--like years.

Yeah, I still have a few that have been hanging around for like ever although I've never tried treating them. Once my acne cleared I was so done with products! But my son's skin is responding very well to the AHA+. He had some bad PIH on his forehead, now you can hardly tell he had acne here!

UPDATE so i cut the Ibuprofen out, really don't want to mess up my stomach. Been drinking a lot of water too. My skin has only gotten a little better since when I first posted... Actually, I have broken out with 8 white/yellowheads in the past few days. I have not broken out with any deep crystic acne which is good but I am still breaking out with whiteheads.. I am highly debating on taking b5 with l-carnitine... for anyone who has tried b5 with l-carnitine can you tell me how it is? How bad is the hair loss and how good did it work on your acne?

UPDATE acne still here but better, skin is still super dry , i think what causes me to breakout is what i eat so today is day 1 of my meal plan eating foods that are good for acne only + the regimen will update later but overall just the regimen doesn't clear up fully when still eating bad food such as fast food, gluten, etc, now i will be eating a lot of chicken with acne fighting spices , berrys yogurt etc. I have noticed the regimen lightened my scars a little
