Are they hard or soft?

They are hard and have no heads ( I apply the regimen to it twice a day for 3 days And the size just won't shrink.

Sometimes inflammatory lesions take a long time to heal. I get ones that look like that on my chest, but they're not hard. I don't even care b/c a shirt covers it all up.

So I should just keep applying the regimen till it is gone? Any best way to deal with them? Pop them?

Yes, keep doing the regimen. You can get a cortisone injection, but don't pop it. Please, just don't.
