Hi I'm very new to acne.org and just began using the acne regimen. I just have a quick question about when I start since I only use the benzly peroxide once a day does this mean I only use the moisturizer once a day as well or do I have to still use it with the cleanser? Thank you and please help me!
Good question! Yes, you should still moisturize twice a day even if you're only applying the BP treatment once a day. The moisturizer step is very important to help keep skin in balance and minimize uncomfortable dryness and redness while your skin adjusts to the BP.
