Hi!

 

A little about my skin- it's oily, most of the time. I work out a lot. I suffer from clogged pores and lots of blackheads. I get quite a bit of cystic acne, but I only get zits and pimples every once in a while. My acne is not very bad at all, but I do have a few scars. I'd say my acne is very mild.

 

I'm looking to achieve clear skin, but is the Regimen too strong for me? Should I start it?

Don't. Try diet changes first and maybe salicylic acid. Beginning acne treatment for very mild acne is a slippery slope so try the non evasive stuff first.

I do not suggest it! The side effects are not worth it for people with light acne!
