Can I Use 4% Benzoyl Peroxide Instead Of 2.5% ?

I want to start the acne.org regimen but I can't find 2.5% benzoyl peroxide anywhere. I only found 4% benzoyl peroxide on two places. I saw in the video that he said "use only 2.5% benzoyl peroxide". Will it be ok if I use the 4% one?

Also, I can't seem to find a gentle cleanser either. Should it really be gentle?

Thank you!

I also started 2 weeks ago with acnecide 5% benzoyl peroxide since its hard to find normal 2,5 bp in the u.k i hope the higher dosage wont be a problem for my skin looking into options though a small tube is 20 pounds and i already finished 1 , i also dont own right now a gentle clenser the only ones i have in bathroom are the loreal perfect clean with 2% salicylic acid its harsh indeed but it does a gr8 job while on regiment whenever i feel its just too harsh due to the bp dryness on my skin i bend it i say just add some water in the bootle shake it up and it dilutes everything u use much smaller amount of the cleanser but i do recommand going out and getting a gentle clenser while on bp

Try cetaphil cleansers and moisturisers! They're available in most boots in the U.K. :) I too am using 5% bp and a salicylic acid wash too which is quite harsh and my skin is still breaking out so I think it might be overdrying but I can't be sure :( but cetaphil moisturiser is a lifesaver!
