So over the last week or so, i've developed dry eyelids. I've been on the regimen since October of 2014 and never had this problem until recently.

Mainly my right eyelids, it's kinda flaky and skin is coming off.

Now i'm wondering, is the moisturizer appropriate to use on it? I've been using it for the past few days, exercising extreme caution to keep it out of my eyes and only using a tiny bit. There is a bit of a stinging when I put it on and don't know if I should continue.
