Is Dehydration causing my spot outbreaks? Nearly evertime I go and pee it's yellow or deeper yellow, which is a sign of dehydration. The only time it's clear like water is when I consume 10+ light beers on a Friday!

And other than stress (i get depression and anxiety all the time), Im trying to figure out why they keep coming! So might it be that im not getting enough water?

I usually drink up to 3 litres of fluid a day, but only 1 litre of this is usually water, the rest would be fizzy drinks and coffee.

Any ideas??
