I really want to give the regimen a try and Im just wondering if I could use duac in place of the 2.5% BP recommended.

Do you think it will be as effective? My acne is not cystic just moderate but extremely stubborn.

Duac is a prescription medication that contains two different acne medications. For The Regimen, Dan recommends just an over the counter 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. Please follow your doctor's instructions for Duac, and if you want to do The Regimen please find a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide.
